At RevoPlay, we want you to feel confident with your purchase.
We offer a 90-day return policy for unopened items, and a 30-day policy for opened items, starting from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned, including:

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without explanation.
Your item must be returned in the same condition it was received — unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
